Born and raised in Riviera Beach, Audrey is a proud life-long Floridian. Battling her own mental health issues, Audrey chose substance abuse to help cope with her underlying issues. Seven treatment centers later, Audrey was able to achieve recovery and serves as one of Daylight Recovery Center’s Behavioral Health Technicians. She has earned her ServSafe Manager Certification as well as CPR Certified. The most valuable lesson she’s learned during her time at Daylight is to cherish every moment she is given since it can disappear in an instant. Many patients entering treatment have nothing left to lose. Most would find this disheartening, however, Audrey sees this as an opportunity for patients to have everything to gain. Knowing she’s able to help patients get and stay sober is the most rewarding part of Audrey’s work. In her free time, Audrey enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves bowling, golfing, fishing, go carting, going to the movies and writing poetry.
